The EMP Spitfires Academy consists of the U15 and U18 teams, and the programs and activities supporting these teams to identify and welcome new talent into the club.  

 

The U15s squad is selected after annual trials to participate in a 3-month program and vie for selection to play in the U15 Marg Jennings Cup as part of the Cricket Victoria pathway.

The “Spitfires Squad” will be a maximum of 30 players identified from Academy trials from which a maximum of 16 are selected for participation in the Marg Jennings U15 Cup.

The program delivers a series of high-performance training sessions and activities which will up-skill all players for this season and beyond.
