Wayne has an extensive coaching CV spanning over two decades in Australia and South Africa. His most recent senior role, at Kew Cricket Club in the Victorian Sub District competition, culminated in 1st, 3rd, 4th and Sunday team premierships as well as a Club Championship.

His roles in South Africa included coaching state representative sides for Western Province, based at Newlands in Cape Town.

The 22/23 Premiership Coach will take on the role as 2nd XI Coach to go alongside his existing role as Head of Academy. A passionate cricket person, George has vast experience coaching at premier and representative level and his mentorship will be invaluable for this young team.

A former 1st XI player at EMP and Victorian junior Captain, (with a cover drive some can only dream of), Nat has been coaching junior girls cricket in Bacchus Marsh since 2014. A driving force behind the Bacchus Marsh Cricket Club senior team, Nat also supported the development of the GDCA women’s competition. 

'Chami' comes to EMP with over 12 years experience in coaching with strong analytical skills. Formally a Senior Assistant Coach and Data Analyst of the women's programs at Dandenong and Plenty Valley Cricket Clubs, he was also the Melbourne Stars Multicultural BBL Coach in 2019/20 and is a current coach at Caulfield Grammar School and Yarra Valley Grammar School.
