The 22/23 Premiership Coach will provide his mentorship and experience in developing the next wave of EMP Senior Coaches in the new role of Director of Coaching. A passionate cricket person, George has vast experience coaching at premier and representative level.

A famous name amongst Victorian cricket, Steph made her senior debut for the Vics in 1991 before going on to earn her first Test and ODI caps in 1995 against New Zealand. Since retiring from first class cricket in 2002, she carved out an impressive Premier Cricket career and before turning her hand to coaching. Along with Natalie Grero, Steph is charged with overseeing and delivering the senior cricket program as well as coaching the 1st XI side.

A former 1st XI player at EMP and Victorian junior Captain, (with a cover drive some can only dream of), Nat has been coaching junior girls cricket in Bacchus Marsh since 2014. A driving force behind the Bacchus Marsh Cricket Club senior team, Nat also supported the development of the GDCA women’s competition. She will work alongside Steph to set and deliver the senior cricket program at EMP, whilst also taking the role of Captain/Coach the 3rd XI side.

Sue’s role will primarily focus on training assistance, closely working with the Program Co-Ordinators in successful delivery of the senior training program. Sue brings a long and successful history in indoor cricket, playing and coaching at state and national level alongside her cricket career which includes time at premier level. Sue will also be one of the coaches for the U15s 'Spitfires'.
