Essendon Maribyrnong Park Ladies Cricket Club (EMP) seeks experienced Assistant Coaches to join our senior cricket program.
Competing in the Victorian Premier Cricket Competition, EMP is the oldest women’s cricket club in the world with a long and proud history of producing state and national players.
The Assistant Coach will be responsible for providing high level support to the Co-Heads of Coaching, including training and match day support. With multiple Assistant Coach positions available, we have flexibility to mould specific roles to your skillset and time commitment.
Key Selection Criteria:
Strong Leadership, Communication & People Skills.
Experience working with female programs and/or Premier cricket environment preferred.
Knowledge of technical and tactical skills to enable analysis of players & matches.
Ability to organise, co-ordinate & run training sessions.
Minimum of Level 1 Coaching Accreditation (Level 2 Preferred),
